Phase 1

1. Raise $40,000 by providing sponsors for 150 orphans
2. Provide clothing for all 300 children
3. Provide school supplies and books
4. Build a fresh water well

Phase 2

1. Complete new school building (80% complete)
2. Provide furniture and desks for all 5 classrooms
3. Certification for all teachers
4. Place a full time director at the school

Phase 3

1. Build a kitchen for feeding program (completed summer of 2008)
2. Develop self-sustaining business plan
3. School officially registered with the Minister of Education- “Mapalo Academy”

Phase 4

1. Build a medical clinic for physical and dental care
2. Raise up college scholarships at Northrise Christian University
